Since 1974 David Horvath has practiced law in Palm Beach County. His areas of practice have included civil litigation, commercial transactions, real estate, probate and banking law, which have lead him to represent individuals and serve as general counsel for a number of financial institutions. Since 1991 Mr. Horvath has mediated over one thousand cases.
Mr. Horvath has served on a number of Palm Beach County Bar Association committees, including the Alternative Dispute Committee. He is also a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. Personal and professional contributions extend to the Kiwanis Club of Riviera Beach as current member and past president.
Mr. Horvath is a graduate of Bowling Green University (B.S. 1971) and Duke University School of Law (J.D., 1974).
